Many country have student regiment, it’s like boy Scouts but train with some basic military, with purpose after they graduated from school / collage they will join the military , with basic military they learn from school / collage hope that they not surprise with military world / tradition .
Student regiment it’s look’s like two aye sword. It can be useful or maybe harmfully. Deferent from military with yes or no condition doctrine from beginning they joint the army, student regiment more accept table in some condition and more tolerance.
Tolerance have some benefit or maybe disadvantages for some different situation. They will be more creative, adapted, acceptable, capable in some mission that approve to society. The disadvantages in the extreme condition they may be cannot survive.
Student regiment usually train like militia or volunteer. With very small basic military knowledge the usually not robust but sometime the they key of success in the battle field....may be those need to be develope.......
